Hi , we are Rob and Seán
We are here to bring you some tasty food which is produced on our small mixed farm using regenerative principles.
We are passionate about nourishing people in the community while building soil and allowing our animals to live a good full life. Just as we express ourselves as humans we aim to allow our animals to express their full vitality too.
We offer a CSA shares from our no-dig market garden, Pasture Raised Eggs, Forest Raised Pork and Pasture Fed Beef.
